Executed by a focussed, small and seasoned team that dared to deliver concise and actionable reports with clear recommendations.
The understanding of the Spanish technology company has been guiding input for the realised acquisition. Within 2 months the new combination was ready to build a SaaS based North Star. Adding value in addressing capability gaps, reduction of non-core costs, identification of geographic synergies and, above all, the development of the product innovation roadmap that lays the foundation for a SaaS future.
