The legal basis for processing personal data through our Virtual Assistant is your explicit and informed consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Access to the assistant is only available after consent has been given.
Full Force Digital B.V. does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (for example, a Full Force Digital B.V. employee).

Full Force Digital B.V. uses the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:
Full Force Digital B.V. only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. As part of our Virtual Assistant functionality, some data (e.g. email address, chat content) will be shared with our sub-processor OpenAI. These data transfers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as in the United States. Full Force Digital has signed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with OpenAI to ensure appropriate safeguards under GDPR.
OpenAI retains assistant session data (threads) indefinitely by default, to enable session continuation. Full Force Digital enforces deletion right after the session has ended (after time-out or when the chat is closed).
