We drove the RFP process for technology and development partners, facilitated architectural conversations, and guided the creation of a product content model. Furthermore, we led the content cleanup and migration and implemented a robust governance framework to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information. We also provided essential training for system users and coached the future product owner.
The company is now capable of syndicating content across desired channels, both owned and third-party, ensuring consistent product information. Centralized information enables widespread product knowledge within the organization. Furthermore, technical debt was reduced by deprecating outdated systems.
