Collins Foods Europe, KFC's master franchiser for the Dutch market, has a strong agenda for growth of digital sales. To meet today's customer expectation of a flawless omnichannel experience, building the right digital capabilities in the organization is key. Full Force Digital supplied interim organisational support that designed a new team structure and help onboard the right people.
We designed the org chart for digital following the digital strategy. Created role descriptions and supported the existing hiring process by reviewing resumees and interviewing candidates. Only after multiple rounds of interviews we introduced candidates to the client. We designed the onboarding proces for the new roles and trained the new hires to get up to speed fast.
The new team structure for digital now fully matches and supports the ambitious digital roadmap. The sales channels role was redefined, new talent was attracted and existing team members were re-casted for new roles that better fit their talent and career goals. Minimum effort was needed for the client so they could focus on other priorities.
