The Advanced Materials Division of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) realized that structured, centralized and high-quality product information is key in the foundational set-up to share relevant information with customers across all channels. Full Force Digital orchestrated the program from selection to the delivery and roll-out of a functional Product Information Management (PIM).
We drove the RFP process for technology and development partner, facilitated architectural conversations and guided the creation of a product content model. Furthermore, we led the content cleanup and migration and implemented a robust governance framework to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information. We also provided essential training for system users and coached the future product owner.
The Company is now capable of syndicating content across desired channels, both owned and third party, ensuring consistent product information. Centralized information enables widespread product knowledge within the organization. Furthermore, technical debt was reduced by deprecating outdated systems.
