Collins Foods Europe, KFC's master franchiser for the Dutch market, has a strong agenda for growth of digital sales. To meet today's customer expectation of a flawless omnichannel experience, building the right application target technology architecture is key. Full Force Digital was commissioned to redesign and build the transformation roadmap and business case.

Making it happen

After carefully reviewing existing blockers for a smooth customer experience using KFC's digital channels, we redesigned and simplified their digital technology ecosystem and data management. We focussed on operational excellence, building capabilities and meeting the core needs of the KFC customer.



Results and value

The overall data management effort is reduced by 60%, due to the simplification of the application- and data architecture. The number of errors on KFC's digital channels is reduced with over 50%. This shift improved go to market timelines, overall user experience and the capability to manage offers via marketplaces such as UberEats, leading to more visibility and with it sales.
